How It Works

Apply for SHOPLINE Logistics Solution Services and make a refundable security deposit RM 200 (admin fee of RM 20).

Notify Live Chat support (found in your admin panel) that you have applied and paid the refundable security deposit. Please, let us know which delivery service you are interested in (eg. MrSpeedy and Ninja Van).

The logistics service provider (example: NinjaVan) will appear as an option in your dashboard once your online application form is reviewed and agreed upon. Go to your websites' admin dashboard and set for delivery details and fee in Settings → Delivery Options.

The driver arrives to pick up your order. They will use a few days to complete the parcel delivery. You and your customers can track the delivery status with tracking IDs.

You are now able to fulfil orders by selecting Execute Shipment on specific rows of website orders. Print the waybills and wait for pickup the day after.

Order is completely fulfilled!

Pay SHOPLINE via direct debit, on the first week of the next month. Eg. You used this service between 1 June and 30 June. You will be charged automatically (direct debit) before 5 July 2020.

How can I get started?

  1. Apply online →
  2. Pay security deposit of RM 200 (admin fee RM 20) here →. This deposit will be returned to you when you stop using our logistics solution service.
  3. Log in to your SHOPLINE merchant admin to switch on this service.
  4. On a monthly service, you will receive an invoice on the delivery fees that you have incurred. This amount will be deducted automatically via direct debit.
